ISA Management approaches contract negotiations by being prepared. We do extensive research of franchise economics, bonus history, salary cap situation, player market values as well as other team interest and opportunities. At this point we combine our knowledge of contractual principles, negotiating strategies and Collective Bargaining Agreements, so we can structure a deal which will maximize the player's earning potential.

Sports Marketing

Every athlete's public perception plays a crucial role in the athlete's marketability. We at ISA Management feel that marketing is very important to an athlete's financial success and status within a community.

ISA Management places a strong emphasis on building a player's image from the start of their career by placing a tremendous understanding of the importance of their relationship within their community. Through this relationship building process, opportunities are created for public appearances, endorsements, corporate partnerships and other business opportunities.

Training and Draft Preparation

Every athlete should be properly prepared for the NFL Draft this can mean the difference between the 1st and 3rd round, or the 4th and 7th round. We at ISA Management don't take this lightly that's why we have built working relationships with the best speed, conditioning, and positional trainers in the sports industry. Our staff will prepare individualized programs geared to each athlete's unique ability to enhance and optimize their speed, flexibility, agility and strength and endurance.

Using our state of the art training facilities, ISA Management clients prepare for the upcoming NFL Combine, NFL Pro Day and NFL Training Camp. We provide our clients with every resource possible to enable their NFL success, including: Wonderlic preparation, Positional training, Interview preparation and many other helpful resources.

Career Counseling

At ISA Management we believe in discussing an athlete's career plans after sports as soon as our client begins his professional career. Our thought process is that it is very important that our clients think about and discuss their future after sports. It is very difficult to project ones professional sports future that's why we feel this is important to discuss from the beginning of an athletes career. We emphasize to the player the importance of graduating from college if applicable and also provide consultation regarding post-graduate studies.

Throughout our client's career, we work closely with the player and encourage him to take advantage of player programs, continuing education classes, and business seminars. We feel at this point we can counsel the player to develop several career strategies after his professional career is over.

Financial Planning

Sound financial planning is an important focus for our athletes. ISA Management provides a consultation and recommendation process regarding financial planning for our athletes. ISA Management has partnerships with several financial planning firms that are certified with the NFLPA, MLBPA and the NBAPA. We will assist our clients in securing one of these firms.
